Or
Are you the BULLY in the playground? Spouting on about how good you are and that your toys are better and more interesting than those of anybody else.

So, the kids have raised their eyebrows – they’ve completely turned off and are disinterested, and you’re left to find another bunch of unsuspecting kids to irritate.

A few things need to CHANGE.

Firstly you’ll have to nurture your listening and compassionate skills and become a helping guide.

No one likes a know-it-all but we’re happy to take friendly advice – especially if we trust that person and that they know their stuff.

In a better telling of your story you can still be the EXPERT, and your ‘toys’ good – they may even be the best toys. But use your skills as a guide to help your customer discover that for themselves that they need them.

Stories help your customers relate to you better – by being their guide, they’ll learn to trust you and be on your side when you may need them.

Constructing the perfect story around your business, and telling it to garner the best results is central to understanding what business you are and how your brand actually works.
